Jenene Jones is the Executive Director at Cedar Hills. Jenene joined the Cedar Hills family in 2008 as a Marketing Specialist and was honored to be chosen as the Executive Director of the facility in 2009. Her love of life and people make her a great fit for this position. She believes it is amazing how God allows you to have certain jobs/experiences that prepare you for the destiny that He has planned for you.
After attending Tennessee Technological University, Jenene gained her work experience through a career that includes: Operations of Transportation companies, Sales & Marketing and Banking. She is a self described “People Person” and enjoys making a difference in the lives of those she serves.
Jenene understands the struggles that residents and families face making the move into long term care. She has been on both sides and faced the same issues with her grandparents while assisting with their care. Previously serving on the Alzheimer’s TN planning Committee and currently serving on the Local EMS Healthcare Planning Committee, Jenene also enjoys serving the local community with speaking engagements.

Programs and Assistant Executive Director
Lynn Drew is the Programs and Assistant Executive Director at Cedar Hills. Lynn joined the Cedar Hills family in 2010. After graduation from Tennessee Technology University, she gained her career experience working over 5 years at a local long term care facility. She also has a background in human resources, admissions, sales and marketing and uses these skills daily assisting our residents and facility.
Lynn felt the calling the serve the geriatric population during college as she helped her maternal Granny (who had Alzheimer’s) transition into Assisted Living Care, at Cedar Hills. Lynn strives to provide residents and their families with the same type of loving care that she wants for her own family, her paternal grandparents are current residents of Cedar Hills. She feels blessed to be able to have a career where she is able to serve others.
Lynn currently serves on the Alzheimer’s TN planning committee, the Caring Hears Committee and the Local EMS Healthcare Planning Committee. She plans to continue her service to our community for years to come as she has such a positive impact on the daily lives of those around her.
Cedar Hills At Home Director
Cindy LaFever is the Director for Cedar Hills At Home. Cindy believes that she inherited a passion for working with seniors from her mother. Her mother owned a business that helped the hearing impaired, and Cindy watched her from the time she was a little girl, go above and beyond to meet the needs and provide care for her clients. Cindy worked alongside her mother in that business for over ten years and obtained hands-on experience from whom she considered “tops” in the business.
Cindy was hired as Director of Cedar Hills At Home because the heart she has to serve and help people, combined with the years of experience she has in senior care, qualify her to take the type of excellent care provided at Cedar Hills out into the community to those who desire to stay in their own homes”.
Misty Mason, LPN
Director of Nursing
Misty Mason is the Director of Nursing at Cedar Hills. Misty began her nursing career in 2011 after graduation as Valedictorian of her nursing class. She joined the Cedar Hills Family in 2012 after gaining valuable experience in a local hospital.
Misty finds working with geriatrics very rewarding , she states that the residents truly have her heart. She enjoys making a positive impact on their health, both mentally and physically. She strives to connect with each resident as an individual so that they can trust her as she cares for them.
Lisa Casey is the Dietary Director at Cedar Hills. Lisa came to Cedar Hills in 2011. She joined in the position of a dietary aide. With her attention to detail, many years of prior experience, work ethic and dedication to serve our residents, she was promoted to Dietary Manager.
Lisa takes her responsibility to our residents very seriously; she understands that food makes a big impact on everyone’s day to day lives. Under the direction of our Registered Dietician, Lisa strives to make nutritious and delicious meals available for our residents and guests. She enjoys interacting with residents and getting to know their preferences to make their meals enjoyable.
Kermitt Morgan is the Maintenance Director at Cedar Hills. Kermitt started working at Cedar Hills in 2009. He says he could never consider working anywhere else. He says they have great staff and great residents, and that he is glad to be a part of the Cedar Hills family.
Kermitt enjoys working hard to make sure everything is running smoothly at Cedar Hills. He says when a resident thanks you for doing even something small for them that it is a great feeling. A good day for him is being able to relieve stress from our residents because they know he will always do his best to make their lives easier and more comfortable.
Kermitt strives to work hard so that the residents know they are truly at home!!
